To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee smlouva mezi zprost\u0159edkovatelem (realitn\u00ed kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed) a mezi kupuj\u00edc\u00edm je neplatn\u00e1! Bohu\u017eel dnes neexistuje \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fd z\u00e1kon, kter\u00fd by p\u0159esn\u011b vymezoval p\u0159esnou definici rezerva\u010dn\u00ed smlouvy a v\u00fd\u0161i poplatku. Ve smlouv\u011b mus\u00ed b\u00fdt rovn\u011b\u017e zakotveny podm\u00ednky ohledn\u011b navr\u00e1cen\u00ed poplatku, a to v\u010detn\u011b term\u00ednu vyplacen\u00ed pen\u011bz.
